ESTABLISHING PROGRAMME REFERENCE GROUPS

Once you have trained project partners on the Farmers' Voice Radio approach, established a baseline and planned your programmes, it is time to set up the farmer Programme Reference Group(s). Use this methodology and terms of reference to help ensure that the groups are well balanced, representative of the communities you are seeking to reach and that members have a shared understanding of the issues they are facing and what they are trying to achieve through the Farmers' Voice Radio project.
